1. Free Cancellation Window
✅ Cancel free of charge up to 1 hour before your scheduled pickup.
To cancel, simply WhatsApp or call us at +91-9042657398. Cancellations received more than 1 hour before pickup are confirmed at zero charge.
2. Late Cancellation (Within 1 Hour of Pickup)
Cancellations made within 1 hour of your scheduled pickup time may attract a nominal fee:

| Cancel 0–30 min before pickup | ₹200 flat |
| Driver dispatched & en route | ₹200 or fuel cost (whichever is higher) |
| No-show (driver arrived, no passenger) | Base fare charged (min ₹300) |

4. Refunds
Since HJ Cabs does not collect advance payment, there is no refund to process in most cases. If you have paid any amount in advance for a special package or corporate booking, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method (UPI or bank transfer).
5. Booking Modifications
Need to change your pickup time, date, or vehicle? Contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup. Modifications are accommodated subject to driver and vehicle availability. No fee is charged for modifications — only for cancellations within 1 hour.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of extreme weather, government-imposed travel restrictions, road closures, or natural disasters, cancellation fees are waived. HJ Cabs will make every effort to reschedule your trip or offer a full refund where advance payment was collected.
