When you book a cab with HJ Cabs, we collect the information you provide directly to us — including your name, phone number, pickup and drop locations, and travel date. We do not collect payment card details; all payments are made directly to the driver in cash or UPI.

• To process and confirm your taxi booking
• To coordinate pickup with your assigned driver
• To send booking confirmations via WhatsApp or SMS
• To respond to your queries or complaints
• To improve our services and route coverage

3. Information Sharing

We share your name and phone number with your assigned driver solely for the purpose of completing your ride. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Booking records are retained for up to 12 months to support dispute resolution, GST invoice generation, and service quality review. After this period, your data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic patterns and improve page performance. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. You can opt out of GA4 tracking via your browser settings or a GA4 opt-out extension.
