• Mobile Number: Required to verify your booking via OTP and to allow the driver to contact you for pickup.
• Trip Details (Location): The pickup and drop-off coordinates you enter to calculate the fare and guide the driver.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Mobile Number: Used solely to send booking confirmations and enable driver-passenger communication during the active trip.
• Location Data: Used strictly to route the driver to your location and calculate the trip distance/fare.

4. Data Retention & Security

Your booking history (Mobile & Trip Route) is stored securely on our servers for a limited period to handle customer support queries or lost items. We implement industry-standard encryption to protect this data.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or trade your data. Your information is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Assigned Driver: Your pickup location and masked mobile number are shared with the driver allocated to your specific trip.
• Legal Authorities: Only if required by law for safety or investigation purposes.
